Côté Sushi offers a Scandinavian stroll with its new winter box


For its winter box, the Côté Sushi brand was inspired by the Scandinavian culinary repertoire. A refreshing gourmet walk that lends itself to a TV evening or an aperitif with friends.

For the novelties, we will have the samba kaamos made from avocado and herring with Granny Smith apple, all enhanced by a slightly spicy mayo and a few lumpfish roe. The fairy gravlax is decorated with salmon roe and fresh dill with a classic avocado salmon heart enhanced by a sweet sauce. Finally, the snow garden presents a fondant of grilled salmon rillettes with cucumber, cream cheese and mustard sprouts.

There are also avocado and maki cheese, salmon sushi and fondant cheese in the box. The whole gives an impression of great freshness and is easy to taste.

Coté Sushi specializes in Nikkei cuisine: a blend of Japanese and Peruvian inspiration. The brand has around thirty establishments in France.
