Almost a month and a half. A long month and a half without the parents of Leslie and Kevin having had the slightest news of the couple. While no one really understands what is happening, a track is now favored by the members of the two families: that of money. Without too much news of the progress of the investigation, there is no longer any doubt on their side.

This Thursday, January 5, a hunt was organized by Kevin’s mother-in-law in an attempt to find the couple or any little information that could advance the investigation, which seems to be on the spot so far. Leslie’s parents, who had already organized a small hunt with relatives in the same place, did not go there. Tired and desperate, they confided this Friday, January 6 to France Blue La Rochelle about their concern and suspicions.

During this interview with France Blue La Rochelle, Leslie’s parents, Patrick Hoorelbeke and Emilie Cardré, could not make any major revelations given the obvious lack of evidence and understanding in this case. However, these latter evoked their intimate certainties and convictions about a crime they think “venal”.

Patrick Hoorelbeke returned to this story of cash that Kevin had to buy a car: “We learned in the press that Kevin had gone to the square (of the church of Prahecq) in the evening with 10,000 euros in cash on him. It’s strange all this story… We are in a science fiction film. It’s not unusual, either.”, he declared, lucid. His wife later expressed her fears: “We are almost convinced now that everything starts from this evening and the fact that there is this amount of moneyit brings our ideas together of the crime which would be rather venal. That, there is no doubt about it. Today we see our daughter rather as collateral damage, in fact. And that is scary”she lamented.
