But Courteney Cox can boast of another cult role in her career, that of Gale Weathers, the famous journalist of the Scream franchise, which she played from the first part released in 1996. This Saturday, March 6, at the preview occasion of the sixth opus in which she finds her emblematic role, the actress was out on the red carpet in New York. For the occasion, Courteney Cox had brought her daughter, Coco, 18, born of her relationship with David Arquette. It was on the set of the first film that the two actors met, before getting married in 1999 and then divorcing in 2012. The latter does not appear in the cast of Scream VI, but that did not prevent Coco Arquette to come and support her mom. While Courteney Cox had opted for a chic little black dress accompanied by a velvet blazer, Coco Arquette was in a more colorful mood.
The latter had set her sights on a long bright red dress with thin straps, laced under the bodice style. On the feet, the young 18-year-old woman wore the shoes of the moment, namely a pair of black heeled platforms, seen on all the red carpets for some time. On the beauty side, Coco Arquette displayed chic and sober makeup and a degraded golden mane on the front, which was reminiscent of that which her godmother, Jennifer Aniston, wore in Friends.
