(Boursier.com) — From January 1 to March 31, the Group’s consolidated turnover Courteous totals an amount of 253 kE (238 kE as of March 31, 2023).
On the occasion of this publication, Courtois indicates that Société Générale, tenant of 33 rue de Rémusat in Toulouse, has notified notice concerning these premises. They will be released effective November 29. Therefore for the year 2025, depending on the activity, the vacancy will have a significant impact for the Courtois Group. The company recalls that the annual rent represented 7.56% of the consolidated turnover for the year 2022 and 52.55% for the year 2023.
Energy renovation and modernization work on these offices is being studied, within the framework of current regulations. Several takeover projects are being examined by the Board of Directors.
