As of Monday, when the nursery assistant will work at home, “the number of minors of all ages placed under (his) exclusive responsibility” and “present simultaneously at her home” may not be greater than “six, of which at most. four children under three years old ”, specifies the government in its decree.

In “homes for maternal assistants”, the number of children “simultaneously accommodated” cannot “exceed twenty”. In addition, the decree indicates that in collective crèches, day nurseries and kindergartens, “a professional can accommodate up to three children alone”.
