Covivio: sale of two buildings to CA Assurances – 12/21/2021 at 3:10 pm


(CercleFinance.com) – As part of its portfolio rotation to reinvest in prime property developments, Covivio announces the sale to Crédit Agricole Assurances, for a total amount of € 325 million, of its share in two office buildings.

This sale concerns Carré Suffren, a 25,000 m2 building located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, and the Eiffage Campus, a 33,000 m2 complex located in Vélizy-Villacoublay, acquired in 2004 and 2010 respectively.

The real estate company will have signed new sales commitments for more than 880 million euros since the start of the year, exceeding its target set at more than 600 million for 2021, with an average margin of + 3.4% over the last values ​​of expertise.
