(Boursier.com) – Covivio announces the sale to Crédit Agricole Assurances, for a total amount of 325 ME, of its share in two office buildings: Carré Suffren, a 25,000 m (2) building located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, and the Eiffage Campus , a 33,000 m (2) complex located in Vélizy-Villacoublay. With this transaction, Covivio will have signed new sales commitments for more than € 880 million since the start of the year, with an average margin of + 3.4% on the last appraised values.
With this transaction, Covivio has signed new sales since the beginning of the year for 880 ME, thus exceeding its objective set at more than 600 ME for the year 2021. Achieved with an average margin of + 3.4% over the last appraised values, this success reflects the attractiveness of investors for quality office buildings.
