As part of its share buyback program, the company Groupe CRIT announces that it carried out on January 25, 2024
the off-market acquisition of a block of 562,500 of its own shares (i.e. 5% of its share capital) held by the
EXIMIUM company at a price of 70 euros per share. As of December 31, 2023, Groupe CRIT held 145,972 shares
own shares (i.e. 1.30% of its share capital).
The shares acquired are intended to be kept with a view to their subsequent delivery for exchange or payment in
as part of external growth operations and/or to be allocated as part of the coverage of shareholding plans
employee, in accordance with the authorization granted by the Ordinary General Meeting of June 9, 2023 in its 13th
resolution.
