Bottle caps are a common occurrence in the household: be it after the last party or in general because various soft drinks or beer with a bottle cap are drunk. In order to return the grain corks to recycling, they either belong in the yellow bin (for smaller quantities) or, if larger quantities are involved, at the recycling center or in the aluminum containers at the recycling islands. Make a mural out of Kronkroken
Aesthetics are very important here! A mural can even be put together from a number of bottle caps. All you have to do is collect a lot of different bottle caps and sort them by color if necessary. Once you have decided on a pattern or a color gradient, you can stick the bottle caps step by step onto a surface (e.g. a cork mat or MDF board): Double-sided adhesive tape, for example, is suitable for this. Finally, you frame your artwork.
Make lucky charms
Do you want to make your friends a little lucky charm for their birthday or for the next exam? Then these little souvenirs made of bottle caps are just what you need. All you need is craft glue, craft paper, felt-tip pens and hot glue. Decorates the surface of the crown caps with little messengers of good luck such as lucky clover, little pig and chimney sweep. A lucky cent, a shamrock or a saying can be hidden between the two bottle caps. At the end, two crown caps are always closed at individual points with hot glue, but in such a way that the crown cap can be opened again later.

To do this, a hole is punched through the aluminum with a hammer and nail (make sure to protect your work surface accordingly). The grain corks are then threaded onto a wire, whereby a wooden ball is always drawn up between two crown caps. Finally, wrap the wire around a piece of wood or a stick. The self-made musical instrument is ready!
