Crash Team Rumble: The bandicoot and his gang will face off in a new multiplayer game

Crash Bandicoot has become topical again after a nicely redone racing trilogy and version, as well as a very good fourth opus. Rumors over the years predicted a return of Crash Bash (the only thing missing was him) or that a more party-game-oriented “Wumpa League” opus would see the light of day.

Finally, the Game Awards presented us with the new game that will feature the bandicoot as well as his friends and enemies, and this one is called Crash Team Rumble.

From 4 versus 4 multiplayer to the menu

Even if we might have preferred a fifth episode, it is commendable to see Crash go to other horizons, in this case, that of exclusively multiplayer confrontation, online. In 4 versus 4, players will be able to embody both the heroes and the villains of the universe, in particularly eventful arenas.

The two teams bringing together Crash, Coco, Cortex, Dingodile or even Tawna, will visibly fight for the collection of wumpas by distributing chestnuts, breaking crates or even dealing with events such as meteorite falls and other traps and specificities related to the land.

Crash Team Rumble will launch the battle in 2023 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series and Xbox One, with Toys for Bob once again in charge.
