(Boursier.com) — To strengthen its presence and accelerate its development in Occitanie, Crédit Agricole Immobilier announces the appointment of Jérémie Dagonet as Regional Director Occitanie within Residential Development alongside Frédéric-Xavier Baudier, National Director of Residential development and major projects. He took office on March 7, 2022.
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics, Jérémie Dagonet is 42 years old. He has built his entire career in construction and property development. First at SRC, a subsidiary of the VINCI Construction group, where he held the position of works engineer from 2004 before joining Bouygues Immobilier in 2007 where he successively held the positions of Manager then Director of Commercial Real Estate Programs Island -de-France and Director of Operations then Regional Director (Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier) South-West Commercial Real Estate. In 2019, he joined ADIM as Occitanie Director, in particular with a view to defining and implementing the development strategy for the Occitanie perimeter.
