The editor 505 Games and the developer inGame Studios launched last March on PC Crime Boss: Rockay City, a heist game in a fictional city in the United States featuring a five-star cast. The game has just been ported to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but only in digital format.
We will have to wait a few more weeks to find out Crime Boss: Rockay City in physical version, but the studios share today the launch trailer of the title on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S and add:
Players will have the heavy burden of becoming the most respected criminal in Rockay City, in this intense shooter, where the inspiration of the 90s is found even in the actors present. Travis Baker, played by Michael Madsen seeks to reclaim the throne, but will have to face the other crime lords, while preserving himself from Sheriff Norris, played by Chuck Norris, who will do everything in his power to stop Baker.
Alongside Madsen and Norris, the campaign offers epic scenes starring Danny Trejo, Kim Basinger, Danny Glover, Damion Poitier, Michael Rooker and Vanilla Ice. The online mode will allow players to create their own gang. With 3 accomplices, the “Crime Time” and “Urban Legends” modes offer an even larger experience in the underworld of Rockay City.
“Crime Boss: Rockay City has many fixes on consoles, and we continue to improve the game with free updates,” said Jarek Kolář, Development Director at InGame Studios. “Releasing the game was just the beginning of the Crime Boss adventure. The arrival of the console versions marks a new stage”.
