France 2 is broadcasting the last episode of season 4 of “Criminal Tropics” tonight, with Sonia Rolland and Béatrice de la Boulaye. An investigation that features two comedians from “Here it all begins”, before a totally unexpected end to the season.
All good things come to an end. Broadcast since May 19 on France 2, the unpublished season 4 of Criminal Tropics, led by Sonia Rolland and Béatrice de la Boulaye, ends this Friday June 30 with the broadcast of its last episode, entitled “Canal Cocotte”.
After carrying out the investigation in an equestrian center, having tracked down a serial killer resurrected from the past, or even having found themselves with Crivelli’s father as the main suspect in a murder case, Melissa and Gaëlle are this time immersed in the world of MMA and clandestine fights.
This final episode of the fourth season of Criminal Tropics begins with the assassination of a young fighter from the MMA club run by Aurélien (Julien Béramis). In charge of the investigation, Melissa and Gaëlle are quick to discover that the young girl had participated the day before in a clandestine fight.
To discover the truth about this death and this environment, Melissa will take the place of a fighter and friend of the victim and will have to take the risk of combat to discover the truth. Risking his life ?
Dembo Camilo and Alizée Bochet as guests in this final investigation of season 4
Like many episodes of the detective series shot in Martinique, which this year notably featured Stéphane Blancafort (Tandem) and Oscar Copp (La Promesse), tonight’s investigation features two faces well known to viewers of TF1 since Judith and Jamie, the two young members of the MMA club of Aurélien who find themselves closely linked to the investigation to clarify the death of their comrade, are embodied by two actors from Here everything begins.

It is indeed Alizée Bochet, who played Ludivine Rivière, one of the sisters of Gaëtan (Terence Telle) in the first season of Here it all begins, who lends her features to the young Judith. While, facing her, viewers will also recognize Dembo Camilo, alias Souleymane in Here it all begins and Tomorrow belongs to us, in the role of Jamie.
Two actors who rarely crossed paths in Here it all begins but who share many sequences in common here, opposite Sonia Rolland, Béatrice de la Boulaye and Julien Béramis.
A shock end to the season not to be missed!
If “Canal Cocotte” offers us once again a guaranteed change of scenery with its sunny settings and its infiltration mission which plunges Melissa Sainte-Rose into totally unknown territory, with the lot of risks and dangers that entails, this last episode of Season 4 of Criminal Tropics is mostly worth its final minutes, which promise to leave fans speechless.
Indeed, tonight’s episode closes with a drama that hits the heroes hard and could well cost the life of one of the series’ central characters.
Do not panic however, the series does not stop since the teams of Criminal Tropics took over the direction of the shooting several weeks ago already to can season 5, which counts Firmine Richard among its guests and will be broadcast on next year on France 2.
