(Boursier.com) — Crypto Blockchain Industries announces that it has convened an extraordinary general meeting for February 18, 2022, to be held at 6 p.m. at Park Hyatt Paris – Vendôme, 5, rue de la Paix in Paris.
The notice of meeting serving as a notice of meeting detailing the resolutions was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on January 14, 2022.
The documents and information provided for in particular by Articles R. 22-10-23, L. 225-115 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code are made available to shareholders as of the notice of the Meeting, in accordance to the applicable regulatory provisions and are also published on the company’s website.
It is recalled that the CBI share is listed on the EI compartment of Euronext Growth Paris, reserved for qualified investors.
