A new role that comes at the right time
Do you know Freaky Friday? Considered a cult work of the 2000s, this American comedy produced by Disney, inspired by a novel of the same name by Mary Rodgers, left its mark. It enjoyed both critical and commercial success which propelled young actress Lindsay Lohan into the spotlight. Until 2007, the young star made a series of films, without achieving the same success as in his beginnings. Faced with a return to the forefront that she is struggling to find, the young actress diversifies her activities and launches herself more actively into fashion and music. During a career that has seen more lows than highs, she has a series of small-scale projects in the 2010s. The actress gradually returns to the news, other than through her widely publicized escapades, until filming in 2022 in a Netflix romantic comedy called Christmas Time.

The collaboration went so well that the SVOD giant decided to once again use the services of the actress for a new production, Irish Wish, which has just been released on Netflix. In this new romantic comedy, Maddie (played by Lindsay Lohan) makes a wish that comes true: it’s no longer her best friend who will marry the one of her heart, but her!
