CVS Health: BPA target range raised for 2022


(CercleFinance.com) – On the occasion of its first quarter results, CVS Health raises its adjusted EPS target range for the whole of the current financial year, anticipating it now between 8.20 and 8.40 dollars , instead of 8.10 to 8.30 dollars previously.

The pharmacy chain saw its adjusted quarterly EPS increase by 8.8% to 2.22 dollars, for an adjusted operating profit up by 6.6% to 4.48 billion dollars, and revenues up by 11.2% to 76.8 billion.

CVS Health says it has benefited from an increase in its sales volumes for both prescription and over-the-counter products, including the sale of test kits for Covid-19, as well as vaccinations against this disease.
