Daft Punk back? The duo manifest themselves on social networks

It was a year ago to the day: in a video titled “Epilogue”, Daft punk announced the end of their career, breaking the hearts of millions of fans. But this Tuesday, February 22, the legendary duo’s red logo on a black background was posted on their Facebook and Instagram pages, sparking rumors of a possible comeback.

In the process, Daft Punk also created a Twitter account, which, according to Fun radio, exceeded 10,000 subscribers in less than an hour. A Twitch channel has also emerged, also decked out with the red logo on a black background accompanied by this inscription: “Daft Punk (1993-2021)”.

Shortly after, a new post appeared on Instagram, this time showing a visual reminiscent of the duo’s first concert, the Daftendirectour, in Los Angeles in 1997. The official Daft punk website has also been updated, with a newsletter and this same reference to the 1997 show.

So many elements for the moment very mysterious but which are enough to increase the excitement among the fans. While waiting to find out more, the latter express their wildest hopes, in particular that of attending the announcement of a new tour or the release of a new album.

Others see it as a future project in NFT, very popular, especially in the musical field.
