(CercleFinance.com) – AlphaValue on Tuesday raised its advice on the Daimler title, raised from ‘accumulate’ to ‘buy’, following the split and the listing of Daimler Truck, finalized almost two weeks ago.
In a research note, the design office welcomes the emergence of an automobile manufacturer now entirely focused on the ‘premium’ segment, with ambitions displayed in the electric sector.
‘The adjustments we made due to this change in scope are more than offset by the marked increase in our profitability forecasts for Mercedes-Benz, which should benefit from the first results of a strategy now focused on luxury’, justifies the Parisian cabinet.
AlphaValue specifies that it has also revised upwards its price target on the title, which goes to 84.1 euros against 78.1 euros so far.
