After a first season as a juror of Dance with the stars alongside Chris Marques in particular, Denitsa Ikonomova could well come back for a second edition. Explanations.
From the prosecution to the jury. Since the third season of Dance with the stars in France, Denitsa Ikonomova is one of its emblematic faces. She even holds the record of victories, namely four, with the talented Rayane Bensetti, Loïc Nottet, Laurent Maistret and Clément Rémiens. But now for the eleventh edition of the TF1 dance competition, the young woman of 34 years has decided to leave the dance floor to give her competitors a chance, for the benefit of a place in the jury. Exit Shy’m, Jean-Marc Généreux (left for France 2) and Patrick Dupond who died. With the exception of Chris Marques, it is a completely renewed juror that viewers were able to discover after two years of absence. The historic – and artistic director – of DALS took place alongside Jean-Paul Gaultier, François Alu and Denitsa Ikonomova therefore.
A new cap that he particularly liked. “I loved this experience. Our three finalists blew us away. Michou and his good progress, Bilal impressive from the start, and Tayc, the showman …“, she marvels in the columns of TV 7 Days this Monday January 10. And which proves its willingness to want to repeat the feat next year. Faced with the success of this eleventh season – an average of 3.77 million viewers and 19.5% of the audience watching watch – TF1 could well keep this quartet of judges.
Denitsa Ikonomova was advised by Fauve Hautot
She’s not the only one who wanted to step out of her comfort zone. Before Denitsa Ikonomova, it was Fauve Hautot who rubbed shoulders with the difficult exercise to judge his colleagues. A role that she held for three seasons, before finding not without joy the floor. And she did well, since she won the TF1 competition the last two editions, with Sami El Gueddari and Tayc. An experience that allowed him to give some advice to Denitsa Ikonomova. “I told her to be herself“, confided Fauve Hautot, predicting:”She will be perfectly fine in this role, she is so sweet“. She was not wrong.
