Singer and actor Daniel Donskoy (30) can soon be seen as Rittmeister James Hewitt in the Netflix hit "The Crown". The management of the 30-year-old of the news agency spot on news confirmed a corresponding "Bunte" report. Accordingly, the "Sankt Maik" star appears in the fourth season of the celebrated series about the British royals. The new episodes will be available from November 15th on the streaming service.

In the fourth season of "The Crown", Princess Diana appears for the first time. She is played by the British actress Emma Corrin (24). The focus of the new episodes is, among other things, the century wedding of Diana and Prince Charles, played by Josh O'Connor (30).

Affair with Princess Diana?

Donskoy does not appear as James Hewitt until the end of season four. That riding instructor who is said to have had an affair with Princess Diana. The actor stood in front of the camera for a total of two days of shooting. It is still unclear whether he will return to the role in the fifth season.
