Daphné Bürki: this big problem she encountered after the birth of her second child


Invited on the set of C à vous on Friday March 4, 2022, Daphné Bürki returned to the birth of her second child. She explained that she didn’t sleep for two and a half years after she was born.

Daphne Burki became a mother in 2007 of a little Hedda, then in 2013 of Suzanne. Friday March 4, she went to the set of It’s up to you to celebrate 20 years of The nursery school. She explained that at the time of the birth of her second daughter, she had no no sleep for two and a half years.

However, it is not for lack of having tried everything according to her. Indeed, she explained to Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine: “I tried everything: the little pink stones under the mattress; the child had to see the emergency door…“. Methods that did not work. Indeed, this did not allow Daphne Bürki to sleep and she finished very exhausted. She also confided that she did not count no more children.

Daphné Bürki: “When you come out of kindergarten, you always have the impression of having traveled to the moon”.

If the first years of her second child were trying, Daphné Bürki does not hide having lived difficult moments during filming of The nursery school. The television host who notably returned to a subject on the stay-at-home dads who was particularly complicated to turn.

She confided: “When you come out of kindergarten, you always have the impression of having traveled to the moon. When you prepare the show, you cry beforehand, that’s the very meaning of the show. You do it, you hold on, and you fall back“. A difficult experience because of the sometimes complicated, but very important subjects to address.
