Isabelle Adjani’s niece in the series

To play Morguy, the youngest of the sorority, the production called on Zoé Adjani, a young actress who is none other than the niece of Isabelle Adjani. It is also thanks to her aunt that she was able to audition for Cerise, a film directed by Jérôme Enrico which allowed her to launch her career when she was still only 15 years old.

I was having lunch with my aunt in Paris when she ran into a friend to whom she introduced me as a future actress. And a few days later, I get a Facebook message“, she thus told in the columns of Elle magazine.

A few years after getting the lead role in Cerise, she plays Selma, the main character in Cigar au Miel, a feature film by Kamir Aïnouz, in which she was able to play the role of Amira Casar.

Three years later, Zoé Adjani returns to the front of the stage by obtaining one of the main roles of Daughters of Fire, which arrives this Monday August 28 from 9:10 p.m. on France 2. She plays Morguy, the youngest of the sisters, who will fall into the net of the ruthless judge Pierre de Lancre, brilliantly played by Bruno Debrandt.
