Rebecca Loos takes a stand after his explosive statements

In his Netflix documentary, David Beckham spoke for the first time about the alleged affair with his ex-assistant. Now Rebecca Loos speaks out on Instagram – and comments on a post that shoots against the Beckhams.
It’s been almost 20 years since the press and public targeted Rebecca Loos, 46, after she told “News of the World” claimed to have had a four-month affair with David Beckham, 48, who was already married at the time. Her statements caused a media sensation in 2004 – and plunged the Beckhams into their biggest marital crisis to date. Now the alleged affair is being reopened and Loos is once again the target of public hostility. The reason: The four-part Netflix documentary “Beckham”, in which Victoria Beckham, 49, and David review the bad times.
A few days after the documentary was released, Beckham’s former assistant spoke out about the renewed insults on Instagram for the first time.

David Beckham took a good five minutes in his more than four and a half hour documentary, in which he looks back on his exceptional career and 24-year marriage, to talk about the alleged affair with Rebecca Loos – for the first time. Victoria also commented. The fashion designer described the time after the scandal as dthe “hardest” of her life and revealed that she and David “suddenly were like enemies.”
But above all David’s verbal and non-verbal statements made people sit up and take notice. He didn’t deny Loos’ allegations of an affair with a single syllable and to this day doesn’t know how his marriage survived. Then he cried in the documentary. Seeing his wife suffering so much back then was “incredibly difficult” for him. His gaze didn’t hold that of his counterpart for long, then he looked down, struck.

These pictures rightly raise the question of whether there isn’t any truth to the alleged affair with Loos. And yet the comments section under Rebecca’s last Instagram post from October 1st is filled with hateful messages.

But there are also people who defend the yoga teacher. One user writes: “Some of the comments here are disgusting!!! Stay strong. You have a wonderful life with your great family, who, unlike others, don’t have to fill in the gaps with Netflix!!!” It is precisely this comment that shoots against the Beckhams, which Loos is the only one to comment on. She replies: “I take the nasty comments with as much humor as possible.” Did the now mother of two deliberately choose him to take a stand? You don’t know, but it would be understandable.
