The first prototype of electric vehicle
three-wheeled Daymak Spiritus has finally been unveiled in motion. In addition to rolling, this new machine intends to bring big money to its owner, since it mines cryptocurrency.
A first video was unveiled in October and shows the Spirits light vehicle in its production phase as a static display model. In January, another video was posted by Mike Chow, Vice President of R&D at Daymak, on his personal YouTube channel, showing the first test drive of this machine of the future.
The world’s first cryptocurrency vehicle
The video in question shows the Daymak Spiritus driving around a parking lot before descending a slope, just like a regular vehicle. But this 3-wheeled car performs all these actions well, proving that the Spiritus is real and coming soon.
But things don’t stop there. Far from being a simple electric vehicle, the Daymak Spiritus is the first machine exploiting crypto-currency when it is not driving. It therefore has what it takes to become profitable for its user. It can mine different digital currencies, does not emit CO2 and has a wireless charging system.
Its manufacturer’s goal is to produce up to 50,000 Daymak Spiritus per year in Ontario. The company hopes to create hundreds of jobs in the manufacture of this new technology, using its partners EV Battery Tech and IONiX Pro. Currently, the firm is finishing its plans for the construction of facilities where its vehicles can be developed.
