Objective achieved for DBAY Advisors. At the end of its takeover bid, the investment fund has more than 50% of SQLI’s capital. A notice from the AMF stipulates that DBAY Advisors thus owns, as of January 28, 65.30% of the capital and 62.48% of the voting rights of the digital services company.
The offer therefore has a positive follow-up and a subsequent publication will specify the dates and duration of the reopening of the offer, specifies the notice.
The action remains on a last price of 31 euros, corresponding to the level of the offer.
