Within the framework of the issue agreement for Bond Issue Warrants Convertible or Exchangeable into New and/or Existing Shares with a nominal value of 2,500 euros each (the “OCEANEs”) concluded between DBT SA and the investment European Select Sustainable Investments (the “investors”) dated January 21, 2022 (see the Company’s press release dated January 21, 2022), DBT (Euronext Growth code ISIN: FR0013066750 – mnemonic code: ALDBT) indicates that it has proceeded, on January 13, 2023, with the drawing of the fourteenth and fifteenth tranches of OCEANEs for a total nominal amount of 1,000,000 euros.
