Dbt: ​​DBT announces the drawdown of OCEANE tranches 6 and 7


Within the framework of the issue agreement for Bond Issue Warrants Convertible or Exchangeable into New and/or Existing Shares with a nominal value of 2,500 euros each (the “OCEANEs”) concluded between DBT SA and the investment European Select Sustainable Investments (the “investors”) dated January 21, 2022 (see the Company’s press release dated January 21, 2022), DBT (Euronext Growth code ISIN: FR0013066750 – mnemonic code: ALDBT) indicates that it has proceeded, on June 10, 2022, with the drawing of the sixth and seventh tranches of OCEANEs for a total nominal amount of 1,000,000 euros
