Listing of grouped DBT shares

Brebières, January 8, 2024.

The DBT group confirms the completion, in accordance with the schedule announced on November 15, 2023, of the consolidation of the shares making up its share capital, at the rate of one new share against 10,000 old ones.

Please note that this operation aims to revitalize the share price and reduce its volatility in a context of strong development for the group.

The main characteristics of the reverse stock split are as follows:

  • Number of shares grouped: 460,030

  • Par value of the share following the consolidation: 1 euro

  • ISIN code of consolidated shares: FR001400LO86

  • Mnemonic code for shares resulting from the merger: ALDBT

Shareholders who have not obtained a number of shares multiple than 10,000 will be compensated for their remaining fractional shares, through their financial intermediary, within 30 days from January 8, 2024.
