POSTPONEMENT OF THE PUBLICATION OF 2021 ANNUAL RESULTS

DBT (Euronext Growth – ALDBT), European specialist in charging stations for electric vehicles, informs the financial community of the postponement of the publication of its 2021 results.

Due to the delay taken by an external service provider in finalizing the consolidation of the group’s accounts, the company has decided to postpone this publication for a week.

The press release presenting the 2021 results is now scheduled for April 29 after market close.
