A Lithuanian skier, in his forties, was interviewed for more than an hour as a witness by the CRS Alpes d’Albertville, in the presence of a translator, according to France Bleu. “In view of the first elements, it was not noted excessive speed, inappropriate behavior or fault of one of the two skiers”, affirms Anne Gaches, the prosecutor of the Republic of Albertville, quoted by “La Voice of the North”. There were no complaints filed, but an investigation was opened for manslaughter.
