Death of Hermine de Clermont-Tonnerre: who are her two children? : Current Woman Le MAG

The jet set world is still mourning its death. Friday July 3, Hermine de Clermont-Tonnerre lost his life, carried away after a long coma caused by a motorcycle accident. This speed enthusiast collided with a tree after borrowing from a friend an overpowered racing car and a helmet, far too big for her. His funeral was held on July 9 in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, in the presence of a hundred people, including his two children, Allegra and Calixte, fruit of his relationship with financier Alaster Cuddeford. This English businessman, who trades, and whom she considered to be "the great love of his life", had visited him during his sleep when his two toddlers never left his bedside.

Everything for the family

Figure of Parisian society, the princess jet-setteuse had always made a point of protecting her family from the media. No sooner had she dared to show the faces of her two teenagers during the presentation of the one-woman-show On the road again by Chantal Ladesou, last January. An exception to the rule for Allegra (born in 2003) and Calixte (born in 2005), who follow a completely normal education in Paris, far from the spotlights and prestigious dinners. Hermine de Clermont-Tonnerre raised her children in the cult of filiation, as evidenced by the origin of her son's first name, Calixte. Its history has indeed taken a historic turn in the 12th century by the grace of a man … Pope Calixte, who had granted Clermont-Tonnerre the right to use the papal coat of arms and the motto of Saint-Pierre on the family coat of arms. A tribute to his image, that of a woman for whom her clan counted more than anything.
