Death of Jean-Luc Delarue: Anissa, his last wife, cut ties with the host’s family

Ten years after the death of Jean-Luc Delarue, his widow no longer has any contact with those close to her. And for good reason, Anissa Delarue fought in court for years against the host’s ex-girlfriend.

It is a war of inheritance that has lasted for many years. After the death of Jean-Luc Delarue, in August 2012, his relatives were torn with his widow, Anissa Khelifi, on the one hand, and his father Jean-Claude and the mother of his son, Elisabeth Bost, on the other. In his will, unveiled at the time by the JDDthe presenter of Ca se discusses had been clear and gave his wife “full ownership and real estate rights belong to me” : a Parisian apartment and a house “in the territory of the commune of Sauzon”. “I also bequeath to Anissa the furniture and real estate objects furnishing the said property”continued the animator-producer, who also left his last companion his “early art collection”. The son of Jean-Luc Delarue recovered “all the rest of (his) property and works of art” and inherited Jean-Luc Delarue’s production company Reservoir Prod.

Worried about her son, Elisabeth Bost tried to cancel the marriage of Jean-Luc and Anissa Delarue, established three months before the death of the figure of the PAF with justice. “She also requested an annulment of the will, and in particular of the codicil, drawn up on July 3, 2012, less than two months before her death, which provided for a division of the inheritance between Anissa Delarue and her son Jean”, then recalled Le Parisien. On the spot, the widow of the animator had defended herself. “I am here to defend my story and my marriage. I have been slandered for three years, I let it happen so far, but today we are attacking a symbol. The red line has been crossed, she said. I’m here for Jean-Luc, you have to respect his wishes. The next step is what? They’re going to charge me with homicide and say my husband didn’t die of cancer?” In 2016, the court rejected her claims and ordered her to pay 8,000 euros to Anissa Delarue.

“Our contacts were limited to the lawsuits she brought against us”

Ten years after the death of Jean-Luc Delarue, the relationship between his relatives is still as electric. According The Parisian moreover, the protector’s widow has cut ties with her former in-laws and categorically refuses all requests for interviews that the media offer her. “Our contacts were limited to the lawsuits she brought against us”, even confides the father of Jean-Luc Delarue to our colleagues, this Saturday, August 20. In 2016, the one who resumed her activities as a stock market coach since the death of the host, confided in the subject of her marriage, in a rare interview granted to 50 Minutes Inside. “It is a privilege to have been loved by a man like Jean-Luc (…) We wanted to start a family, to grow old together (…) I try to be courageous by doing as him, to be worthy as he was in the face of illness, to be strong as he was”, confided the former model.
