Several days after the death of Mava Chou, justice is now seized of the case. According to information from Parisian, the public prosecutor’s office in Épinal, in the Vosges, has opened two investigations to shed light on this tragedy. An initial investigation was automatically opened to determine the causes of Maëva Frossard’s death and the conditions under which this death occurred. But according to sources familiar with the matter, the prosecution also opened a second investigation on Wednesday 22 December to shed light on a context of “moral harassment having led to suicide”. The investigations were entrusted to the gendarmes of the research brigade of the Vosges de Remiremont commune, report our colleagues.

A deep discomfort for two years

All I know is that it’s going to be hectic, as it has been for two years … And I’m really trying to stay there, at the level of the water, I try to keep my head out of the water, and sometimes I actually sink. “
