Death of the Bogdanoff brothers: this symbolic place where they will be buried together

While the funeral of Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff is scheduled for Monday, January 10 in Paris, the two twins will then be buried in a place with strong symbolism.

One thing is certain: there, the Bogdanoff brothers will rest in peace. The two twins, who died of Covid-19 six short days apart, have been talked about a lot since their death. The reason ? They have always refused to be vaccinated. Some find it strange on the part of these two 72-year-old men, who claim to be as learned as they are scientists. At any rate, the place and date of the funeral of the two most famous twins in France have just been revealed.

The funerals of Igor, who died on December 28, and Grichka Bogdanoff, who died on January 3, will take place this Monday January 10 in the church of the Madeleine in Paris. A place with strong symbolism, where many celebrities were also entitled to a ceremony. But the Bogdanoff brothers will not be buried in the wake. And no longer in Paris. According to information from our colleagues from The Dispatch, the two twins will be buried in the greatest privacy.

The Bogdanoff brothers will be buried in their birthplace

It was not until two days later that the Bogdanoff brothers were buried. And it will take place in the small village of Saint-Lary located in the Gers, where Igor and Grichka were born. The two twins spent most of their childhood in a castle bought by their grandmother who came to settle in Gascony after leaving the Austrian court. Very attached to their native land, Igor and Grichka had also bought together the castle of Esclignac in Monfort in 1986. Their last wish will therefore be granted.
