(CercleFinance.com) – Delfingen posted revenue of 363 million euros for 2021, up 50.1% thanks to the 100% integration of sales from the Schlemmer scope, which represented 36% of the total and a higher level of activity than anticipated at the time of acquisition.
Regarding the group’s historical activities, automotive sales increased by 12.3% to 190.6 million (+14.7% organically, i.e. an outperformance of the automotive market by 12.2 points) and industrial sales increased by 14% to 40.8 million (+29.6% on an organic basis).
In this chaotic market situation, Delfingen outperformed its last guidance for turnover of 345 million euros and therefore anticipates for the year 2021 an operating margin of around 6% against 5% during the last guidance.
