Prohibition to work as a doctor
The responsible judge at the Liezen District Court examined the criminal complaint on Friday morning. Since it is formally correct, a negotiation should now be advertised, said spokeswoman Sabine Anzenberger to the APA. But first the judge must also be able to deliver the criminal complaint to the accused. That could be difficult, however, because the doctor apparently left for Tanzania in Africa last year. If he does not have a normal place of residence in Austria, where the criminal complaint can be served, one would have to find another address – possibly in Tanzania, said Anzenberger.
