“Der Bergdoktor” Hans Sigl writes thoughtful lines to his fans

Actor Hans Sigl, 52, whom the audience in “Der Bergdoktor” plays in the leading role of Dr. Martin Gruber, after the season 15 finale, addresses his fans with very thoughtful and almost melancholic words via Instagram. He thanks them for the many supportive comments, both on Instagram and Facebook. “We thank you for the virtual applause because we tell stories,” said the actor. Unlike in the theater, for example, where the actors would “bow politely”, it is “clearly different” in film and television. Here “quotas would be counted and market shares compared”.

While the content of “Der Bergdoktor” may be “too cheerful in an ideal world” for some viewers, according to Sigl it might be good to think about other things, especially in times like these. “We like to do it. We love our stories,” writes the actor and uses his post to say goodbye to two “wonderful” colleagues: Ines Lutz, 38, and Simone Hanselmann, 42, leave at the end of season 15 the series. Many fans will certainly miss her, but they can also – just like Sigl – look forward to the coming summer with excitement, after all “Der Bergdoktor” will continue. “No one knows what will have happened by then. I also hope good things,” writes Sigl. He doesn’t want to stop “thinking positively and believing in the good in people” and ends his profound post with “#letloverule” [z. dt.: Lasst die Liebe regieren].

In “Jauch gegen Sigl” moderator and “Bergdoktor” star have to show their brains

It is a top duel between the TV giants: Günther Jauch, 65, and Hans Sigl, 52, will compete against each other in front of the camera from Monday, April 4, 2022. The moderator and the “Bergdoktor” star don’t flex their muscles, but rather smoke their heads. In the new RTL quiz show “Jauch gegen Sigl”, the two compete in questions of knowledge under the supervision of Oliver Pocher, 44.

So that the German quiz legend does not have an advantage over the Austrian actor, Sigl is allowed to have four confidants he has chosen himself who are very well versed in certain areas of knowledge. The “Bergdoktor” brings his wife Susanne Sigl, comedian Paul Panzer, 50, journalist and presenter Daniel Brökerhoff, 44, and presenter Andrea Kiewel, 56, to the opening episode.

In the 2nd episode “Jauch gegen Sigl – Die Revanche”, on April 11, the series and film star will be presented by comedian Wigald Boning, 55, actress Sophia Thomalla, 32, cabaret artist Torsten Sträter, 55, and singer Patricia Kelly, 52, supports. If the revenge was used and it is a tie, it goes into a final, all-important round. Günther Jauch and his opponents play for the studio audience over several rounds, for one half of the grandstand each. It’s about 50,000 euros. Who will do the race? The answer will be available on April 4th and April 11th, 2022 from 8:15 p.m. on RTL.

Ralf Schumacher is stepping in as a driving instructor for Davina Geiss

Gifts from Robert Geiss, 58, and his wife Carmen Geiss, 56, are usually generous. For the 18th birthday of their eldest daughter Davina Geiss, the two have thought of something special, as can be seen in the new episode of “Die Geissens” on RTL II: they give her an Audi Q3 with 450 hp. Davina, who is currently studying diligently for her practical driving test, is of course very happy about that. When she sits behind the wheel for the first time, tears flow. But father Robert doesn’t seem entirely comfortable with this gift. “450 hp is way too much for a teenager,” he says. That’s why there is driver safety training for the car – and that from a real professional: Ex-Formula 1 driver Ralf Schumacher, 46. He and his son David Schumacher, 20, who is now a racing driver himself, show Davina what it’s like to slam on the brakes on a wet road and regain control of the car after skidding.

And then Robert and Ralf show what they’re made of – of course they master the challenges right away. In the end, however, Robert has to get out of the car. “I’m not going any more,” he says. The reason: daughter Shania Geiss, 17, is behind the wheel. The previously announced: “Davina learned today how to brake, I’ll show you today how to accelerate.” And she lives up to this saying, so that Robert quickly stops laughing in the passenger seat. Shania celebrates her 18th birthday in July. Will Robert also give her a 450 hp car?

Jochen Busse returns to “7 days, 7 heads”.

From 1996 to 2005, Jochen Busse, 81, moderated the satirical talk show “7 Days, 7 Heads” and went down in TV history with his famous final sentence “Stay with us”. On February 3, 2022, the new edition of the popular show started on RTL, which is now being presented by Guido Cantz, 50. The broadcaster has come up with something very special for the coming week: Jochen Busse is returning to the comedy format!

“I will be a guest on the show on March 19. Also to show that I like the format and that Guido Cantz is the right man,” confirmed Busse to “Bild”. He also explains that shows like “7 days, 7 heads” are now having a harder time than they were in his time: “In today’s world of social media and online media, there is no longer any need for a weekly review. That regulars’ table feeling that we used to convey don’t exist anymore. But I think the Cantz does it well.”
