Devil May Cry: the soundtrack of the first game arrives on vinyl

Considered a cult franchise of beat em all by many, Devil May Cry was born in 2001 of a prototype of Resident Evil 4but it quickly turned into a completely new title, featuring Dante, a demon hunter. Several suites have emerged and even a rebootbut it is the original opus that interests us this week.

Laced Records has just unveiled three editions for the soundtrack of Devil May Cry in vinyls. Fans of the music of Masami Ueda, Masato Kouda and Misao Senbongi can fall in love with a double vinyl edition to $35 with transparent red and ocher discs containing 34 tracks from the action game of Capcom. Each vinyl is protected by an independent sleeve, the whole being grouped together in a jacket sporting a artwork previously unreleased StelarPidgin.

For game enthusiasts, an edition with four black vinyls is offered against $80, this time with 73 music from the game, and still sleeves to protect the discs in a large rigid box. This edition is available in Limited Edition Deluxe X4LP with the same content, but the discs here are colored with mixtures of red, orange, pink, mauve and white. The price is the same, but you have to go through the shop of Laced Records to afford this box, and copies are more limited. All of this will happen sometime in October 2023.
