Customers of the parcel service DHL are currently reporting more and more faults on our fault indicator. The shipment tracking and the app are particularly affected. In some cases, the website does not seem to be working properly.
The reports about the problems reach us from all over Germany. The metropolitan areas of Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Munich and the cities in the Ruhr area are particularly badly affected.
It is not yet known what is causing the disruption. As soon as something new becomes known, we will keep you posted here.
