Diablo Immortal will be supported over time, says Blizzard

After very long months of waiting, if not more, players will be able to discover Diablo Immortal on iOS and Android phones, but also on PC, from June 2, in the evening (more information on the release time here). If a campaign is planned, there is no doubt that a large part of the community will invest in the multiplayer content, which promises to be substantial. Blizzard knows this, so new stuff will be added over time, as game designer Scott Burgess said in an interview with GameSpot.

These additions will affect all aspects of the game, with new areas to explore or dungeons to complete. However, if your preference is more towards scripted content, be aware that Blizzard also plans to bring updates in order to expand the story, which takes place between Diablo II and III. The objective is that each player is satisfied. The studio will also take advantage of these updates to potentially introduce features or ideas that were not retained for the final release.

We will continue to release content at a steady pace. Our goal is to release a new dungeon or area every few months, and with that, brand new story content for players to browse.

A more specific roadmap should be shared within days or weeks of Diablo Immortal’s release. Remember that at launch, six classes will be available, leaving a wide choice to players. The main campaign will last about twenty hours.
