The DICE Awards 2022 took place this weekend, an opportunity for theAcademy of Interactive Arts & Sciences to reward games released last year. In 2021, it is Hades who had won the prize Game of the Year under the nose of The Last of Us Part IIand this year, the jury awarded It Takes Two, a cooperative title by Hazelight Studios who has already obtained the same price at the Game Awards 2021.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart wins many more awardswhile Returnal impressed the jury with its soundscape, and Lone Echo II sweeps everything on the side of virtual and immersive reality. The winners can be found below, in bold:
