At 84, Claude Lelouch has had several love stories. Today in a relationship with the novelist Valérie Perrin, the director has seven children to his credit: five girls and two boys. The first time was in 1967 with Christine Cochet who, two years later, will give birth to her first child Simon Lelouch. In 1976, it was with the model Gunilla Friden that the director welcomed his daughter Sarah Lelouch. To this, in 1983, was born his second daughter Salomé from his relationship with the actress Évelyne Bouix. In 1986, he married his second wife Marie-Sophie with whom he had three children: Shaya, Sabaya and Sachka. Finally, it was not until 1998 that Claude Lelouch welcomed his youngest Stella Lelouch, born of his union in 1995 with Alessandra Martines.

Married three times, Claude Lelouch has however delivered some rare confidences on this subject to Catherine Ceylac. Confessions transcribed in the journalist’s book entitled To love, to life published in October 2019 by Flammarion editions. In this book, we learn that the director has very clear claims concerning the life of two. The journalist also explains that even when he was married, the latter clearly did not wish “forbid him other women“.
