It is together that they go to a yoga class organized on the island of Tenerife, in the Canaries, their place of residence for sixteen years. But now husband and wife will not return home. The day after their disappearance, the person responsible for cleaning their swimming pool noticed that one of the doors to their villa was wide open. “It’s really not their habit. They always lock their house. In addition, the light was on in the bathroom and there was a dirty glass on the living room table. It’s very strange” , explained a friend of Laura’s to our Belgian colleagues. Their identity documents were found in their house, as was their cat, whom they loved dearly. The possibility of a voluntary disappearance therefore seems to have been ruled out.
