By suddenly disappearing on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, Delphine Jubillar leaves two children without a mother: Louis, 7 and a half years old, and Elyah, 3 years old. Two little ones who are at the heart of a complex investigation where without any confession or crime scene for a year and a half. However, their father, Cédric Jubillar, is considered the main suspect, he who was in divorce proceedings from the Tarnaise. His pretrial detention for spousal homicide was extended for another six months. The two children have therefore been without their parents for a year. On June 16, 2022, a hearing before the children’s judge was held this Thursday, June 16, in Albi. The objective of this session, which Cédric Jubillar attended on leaving the Seysses remand center in an ephemeral way, was to renew the placement of the boy, Louis, and the girl, Elyah of the Jubillar couple. The judicial authorities decided to leave them with the nurse’s sister, Stephanie, and her husband – they were present during the hearing. They are satisfied with the environment in which the two children have found themselves since the disappearance of their mother, pampered by their aunt and uncle. The eldest Louis had, in view of the circumstances, to answer the questions of justice, since he is a visual witness of his mother’s last evening, spent in their house. He had notably described a scene of argument between his parents.
New searches are planned to find the body of the 30-year-old from Cagnac-les-Mines while her husband, who appealed against the continuation of his detention, still disputes the accusations. The relatives of Delphine née Aussaguel continue to fight for the truth to come out on this file and a heartbreaking message called for Delphine’s children to finally know what happened to their mother. “Louis very affected by the disappearance of his mother. Louis is in very great pain. Poor little baby, if only that night had never happened… We know that you are well surrounded, at your loving auntie, with your uncles, but nothing will replace your mom. She was your sunshine. You are forever deprived of his hugs, his smell, his voice, his kisses“, had written the friends of “Delph” on Facebook.
Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
