“The European police services and the French liaison magistrates stationed in the countries to which the father is likely to go are on alert,” said the prosecution.
The girl had been kidnapped around 8:15 a.m. Thursday in Fontaine, Isère, while she was walking with her mother in the street, in front of a school.
