February 2020: Robert Iger gives up his position as CEO of Disney in favor of Robert Chapek, a successor he chose himself. “Bob” Iger, as he is called internally, can then leave with his head held high after fifteen years at the top of the number one global entertainment company. The successive acquisitions of Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and the assets of 21st Century Fox (Avatar, X-Men, The Simpsons…) have renewed the catalog of the house. And his superheroes are squatting the top spots at the box office in cinemas around the world, from Los Angeles to Beijing.
