Without entering the memories as much as the IndianaJones, Benjamin Gates and the Templar Treasure and Benjamin Gates and the Book of Secrets still managed to find their audience among treasure hunt movie fans in the 2000s. Disney+ plans to continue the franchise without Nicolas Cage with National Treasure: Edge of Historya spin-off series of which we are curious to discover the French title, since the eponymous character of the name of the saga in France will no longer be present.
While waiting to find out, the soap opera was presented during a panel at the San Diego Comic-Con with a very first teaser, and especially a video behind the scenes between shots of the series, previews of the shooting and interviews with actors. Justin Bartha (who will reprise his role as Riley Poole), Jordan Rodrigues (Ethan), Antonio Cipriano (Golden), Zuri Reed (Tasha), Jake Austin Walker (Liam) and Lisette Olivera, who will portray the heroine Jess Moralestell us how they will bring this treasure hunt across America to lifein front of a black market merchant named Billy Pierceplayed by Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Series National Treasure: Edge of History doesn’t have a release date yet, but it will stream exclusively on Disney+. You can already register for the service to €8.99 per month or €89.90 per year.
