DISTRIBUTION OF A DIVIDEND OF 1.20 EURO PER SHARE
The Board of Directors of Rexel has decided to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on April 30, 2024, the distribution of a dividend of 1.20 euros per share, taken from the results. The secondment date is set for May 15, 2024

. The dividend will be paid on May 17, 2024.
