We are currently receiving more and more messages about login problems in our DKB fault reporter. We’ll tell you what we know about the disorder so far.
Since 12:55 p.m. we have been measuring an increasing number of problems with the login and, in some cases, with online banking in our DKB fault reporter. In fact, we can confirm this.
On an Android phone, our login attempts were met with various error messages. Sometimes an “internal error” was reported, sometimes a faulty token. The DKB has not yet commented on the problems. The bank is not the only one with IT problems at the moment, there is also apparently a disruption at the Sparkasse.
