(Boursier.com) — DLSI’s turnover as of December 31, 2023 reached €204.5 million, recording an increase of 4% compared to the previous financial year.
Excluding non-recurring items, the drop in 2023 operating profit of 5.6 ME is reduced to 3.5% compared to restated 2022 operating profit.
The group’s share of net income reached 3.6 ME, compared to a result of 4.7 ME in the previous financial year.
The net debt ratio is reduced to -34.4% vs. -30.1% in the previous financial year.
Taking into account the operational performance and the solidity of the Group’s balance sheet, it will be proposed, at the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 19, 2024, the distribution of a dividend of 0.40 Euro per share.
